TIP: Swap Subscription Marketing Pop-ups With Other Publishers

The exchange of "pop-up swaps" with other sites is emerging as a growing best practice between web publishers (i.e. "I'll show them yours if you'll show them mine").  You should try them too.  Here's why:

- Pop-up swaps rotate the mix of your offers to prevent offer fatigue.

- They generate added revenue from your many visitors who already subscribe to your site or publication.

- They get you more subs (if yours is a well-known product).

They're analogous to a direct mail list exchange, which is a common offline direct mail marketing practice between non-competitive publishers who have similar customers.
